The purpose of the trip: 

• To introduce Lucas Foster to Medjugorje and to all the relevant church officials there. 

• Lucas Foster, Holly Carney and Ann Vucic were on this trip together.

 

Things progressed quickly after the production team first traveled to Medjugorje in September 2022.  Within a week of returning to the United States, Holly had a meeting with prolific Hollywood producer, Lucas Foster, with whom she was working on another project.  When Lucas heard about our desire to make a movie about Medjugorje, he instantly agreed to join the project. Plans were made to bring Lucas to Medjugorje in the Spring 2023. 

 

On this trip, Lucas was able to meet with the church officials in Medjugorje, with priests who serve in Medjugorje and with pilgrims, so that he could better understand Medjugorje.
